Job Description

Our office is looking to add a skilled dental receptionist to our team. This means that having an upbeat attitude and professional demeanor are essential. You’ll greet patients, take their phone calls, and send out emails to ensure their needs are being met.

You will also help our office operate more effectively. This will include completing tasks like scheduling and canceling patient appointments, communicating with insurance providers, refilling office supplies, and scanning documents, among others. Responsibilities

• Greet patients who enter the office warmly
• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments as needed
• Assist patients in filling out required forms
• Collect payment from patients
• Perform office duties such as document filing, scanning, and copying

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Superior customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Basic computer literacy
• Proficiency or ability to learn dental practice management software
• Working knowledge of dental terminology
