Responsiblities:  Verify insurance coverage and benefits for our patients, provide a smooth treatment experience. Contact upcoming patients for co-payments and outstanding balances.  Coordintate and communicate treatment plans effectively, priortizing patient care.  Expedite insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and with accuracy and speed.

Qualifications:  Experience in a dental office setting is a must, knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes, strong communication skills.
